On Saturday, November 14, the Somers LEOs are heading back to Playland Beach for one of their biggest fundraisers of the year: the Westchester Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics New York! 🥶🌊
Last year, more than 70 Somers LEOs braved the frigid water, joining students and supporters from across Westchester to raise money for Special Olympics New York. The Somers LEOs have a long history of showing up BIG for this event, rallying friends, families, and our community behind an incredible cause.
Every dollar raised helps Special Olympics New York provide year-round sports training, competition, and opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities at no cost to the athletes or their families.
