LIONS Celebrate Somers

This past year, the Somers Lions were thrilled to take part in Celebrate Somers 2025, partnering with the Somers Fire Department for a day of fun, connection, and community service. From grilling up burgers and hot dogs to providing information about vision care and the Lions Club, we spent the day connecting with neighbors, meeting young LEOs eager to make a difference, and sharing what it means to serve Somers.

The event was more than just a celebration - it was a chance to strengthen our community and inspire others to get involved. With smiles, laughter, and plenty of hands-on learning about our programs and services, Celebrate Somers 2025 truly showcased the heart of the Lions: neighbors helping neighbors, and young and old coming together to make a positive impact.
