Somers Lions and LEOs Rally for the U.S. Association of Blind Athletes
Members of the Somers Lions and Somers LEOs took on the Mudd Run at Thunder Ridge Ski Area to support the United States Association of Blind Athletes. Led by Lion Vinny Papa, the group raised $2,000 for programs that provide sports opportunities for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Service sometimes means getting a little muddy.
